Inside the Topfighter Micro Focus Mitts "Hybrid," a combination of two different layers of padding was utilized. An outer layer of EVA foam provides a firmer structure, absorbing the impact initially. On top of that lies JAMBO foam, designed to reduce and distribute the impact transferred by the EVA foam.
